A Disciplined Land Investing Fund Approach
In Q2 2024, Legacy Land Fund continued expanding its land investing fund strategy, funding 15 land-backed loans across 11 states.
During the quarter, the fund deployed $834,026 in capital, secured by approximately $1,415,450 in underlying property value and 167.6 acres of real land.
Deployment remained geographically diversified and structured through first-position liens on every property.

First-Lien Land-Backed Lending
Each loan funded during Q2 was secured by real land and structured in a first-position lien. This structure ensures the fund maintains primary legal claim to the collateral.
Legacy Land Fund focuses exclusively on asset-backed lending secured by raw or rural land. Conservative investment-to-value metrics remain central to our underwriting standards, creating a margin of protection between loan principal and property value.
The fund does not utilize institutional leverage. All loans are funded directly with investor capital, maintaining structural clarity and alignment.
