Legacy Land Fund Q2 2025 Spotlight

A Structured Approach to Land Secured Loans

Legacy Land Fund focuses exclusively on loans secured by raw or rural land. Each transaction is evaluated individually and structured with conservative investment-to-value metrics prior to funding.

All loans funded in Q3 were backed by tangible acreage. The strategy emphasizes asset-backed lending supported by real property collateral rather than speculative development or projected appreciation.

The fund continues to operate without institutional leverage, maintaining direct alignment between investor capital and underlying land assets.
